Rural Communities Agricultural Empowerment Foundation, (RCAEF) Incorporated is a non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering sustainable agricultural practices, promoting economic growth, and improving the quality of life in rural communities through Agricultural Mechanization.
At Rural Communities Agricultural Empowerment Foundation (RCAEF), we are committed to promoting agricultural productivity, empowering rural communities, and supporting sustainable economic growth. Through our expertise and partnerships, we deliver specialized services tailored to meet the unique needs of Nigeria’s rural agricultural sector.
We design and implement targeted agricultural training programs aimed at equipping rural farmers with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to:

✔ Improve income levels and livelihoods
✔ Promote climate-smart agricultural practices
✔ Foster innovation and entrepreneurial development
Our programs prioritize building capacity for rural residents, encouraging the adoption of modern farming techniques, and supporting young people to engage in agriculture.
We promote market access for smallholder farmers through the establishment of logistics hubs and market infrastructure. Our goal is to:
✔ Improve market linkages for rural agricultural products
✔ Stabilize internal prices of basic food crops
✔ Ensure food security for growing urban populations
✔ Encourage value chain activities and agro-industrial growth
To support sustainable agriculture, RCAEF works to:
